Thank you for choosing ISP to assist you with your housing needs in California and Hawaii. Finding housing that is safe and affordable can sometimes be overwhelming. We take pride in offering you a quality program that will provide you with excellent housing choices and support during your stay.

Since 1992, we have successfully placed thousands of international students in all of our distinct programs. Our programs provide international students with an intimate look at American culture and exposure to the English language. We work hard to place each student in a living situation where they will feel comfortable and secure. We also offer programs for short-term intensive groups, summer interns, and visiting scholars.

ISP also offers guardianship service for minor children studying in the U.S. for one or more academic years. Students do not need to be enrolled in the ISP program in order to qualify. Many middle schools and high schools require an assigned guardian in order for a foreign student to be enrolled. ISP can offer this! I would like to thank you for all of the help that you've been providing. Thank you for all of your kindness to help placing me in such a nice family. It was such a great experience living with my host family. By that, I could learn better about American culture which I would not get if I had to stay in a place other than a host family. I notice that it would have been hard for me to start living in the United States without your help where I had to live by my own. But having a host family has made it a lot easier for me.
